Meet Dr. Ara Jil-Agopian

I am passionate about orthodontics and honored to have the ability to change people’s lives. Giving a person a beautiful smile, one that lasts a lifetime and improves their oral and overall health as well as their self-image and confidence, is an incredible process.

I love serving a diverse community and creating smiles for everyone from children through teens, working professionals, and even grandparents. Today’s orthodontic techniques empower us to move teeth gently and efficiently into the correct position, and deliver stable results in the form of breathtaking smiles!

I was drawn to orthodontics because it’s the perfect combination of art and science, and allows me time to build connections with people. Because treatment takes place over several years, and I see patients about once a month, we are able to get to know each other.

While I love creating life-changing smiles and giving someone the confidence to go into the world and succeed, it’s the friendships we build that mean the world to me.

Continuing Education

Like other healthcare fields, orthodontics is changing at a fast pace. Advanced technologies, as well as revolutionary new modalities and materials, are constantly being developed. Taken together, these mean faster, more accurate diagnostics and treatment, and more incredible results. Patients deserve to be treated by a doctor who is current on these changes.

Every year I complete many hours of postgraduate courses, and consistently exceed the minimum required continuing education hours. Through local, regional, and national sessions, along with lectures, seminars, and study of relevant journals, I ensure patients receive the highest quality of care. They deserve only the best!
