Zelle Payment Instructions for the Canyon Country Office

Pay by Scanning QR Code

  1. Open your bank’s mobile app

  2. Tap “Send with Zelle.”

  3. Look for the QR code icon (usually in the top-right corner of the Zelle screen)

  4. Tap the icon to open your camera, then scan the QR code

  5. Enter the amount you wish to pay

  6. In the memo/note section, include: Patient’s Full Name and Date of Birth

  7. Tap Send to complete your payment
